NEWSPAPER WEB OFFSET In newspaper printing both vegetable oil based inks and mineral oil based inks are used. On roller coverings these inks can sometimes cause either extractions or swelling, resulting in the need for a resetting of the rollers. In order to minimize the need for adjustments, our EUROLAB has developed – in close cooperation with leading ink manufacturers from Europe and North America – the product range EUROWEB-NC. The result of this cooperation is a newly designed formula that promotes further the dynamic efficiency of this New Concept roller covering. | |||

HICKEY REMOVER ROLLER Through the grouping of special fibers on the surface of the roller, the dual function roller EUROWEB-HP (Hickey Picker) provides not only functional stability during ink transfer, but also allows for the removal of dirt particles during the printing process if used in the position of the first ink form roller. | |||
The high performance covering of the product range EUROSAN is the basis for the cover finishing for all distributor drums and distributor rollers. Aside from a hardness of 100 Shore A, the blemish free surface offers the best possible distribution of ink. |
